Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for choosing Meerashpa Learning for your educational journey. We are committed to providing high-quality online live workshops and self-paced programs to help you achieve your learning goals. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any workshop or program.

In case the online live workshop is cancelled by us, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email, and your registration fee will be refunded within 15 business days.

No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for any online live workshop or self-paced program on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds if you change your mind after registering for a workshop or purchasing a program.
  • Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance. Refunds will not be provided for technical issues, but we will make every effort to resolve them promptly.
  • Dissatisfaction with Content: If you are dissatisfied with the content of a workshop or program, please let us know so we can better understand your concerns and improve our offerings. However, this dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund.
  • Incomplete Workshop or Program: We encourage all our learners to fully participate and complete the workshops and programs they enroll in. If you do not complete a workshop or program, it does not qualify for a refund.
  • Subscription Renewals: For subscription-based services (if any), it is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid additional charges. We do not provide refunds for subscription renewals.
  • Promotional Discounts: Workshops or programs purchased with promotional discounts or special offers are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

In very rare cases, Meerashpa Learning may consider providing a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make duplicate payments for the same workshop or program, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction. We may consider a refund for the duplicate payment.
  • Billing Errors: If there is a billing error on our part, please contact us immediately, and we will rectify the issue promptly.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: If we suspect a transaction is fraudulent, we may refund the affected user at our discretion.

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exceptional refund, please contact our support team at support@meerashpalearning.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that any refunds provided in exceptional circumstances are solely at the discretion of Meera Shpa Learning.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
